The deed is done...

So... I did it.. I feel like a huge butthead.. but that's over.

It's official, as soon as I get to talk to Andy again (he's presently not responding to my texts), I am going to be telling him we're through.  Thanks for all of your advice guys!  Especially Ms. Amber... lol we had a lengthy discussion today and a decision was reached!

So... there he is... Andy (btw... he doesn't always have a beer in his hand.. he was watching the UK football game last weekend and hanging out with his brother).  Tell me what ya'll think!

Thursday Night Date

So, Andy and I went out on Thursday night.  He's really sweet like I have been saying.  I think the novelty of his sweetness is wearing off though.  I honestly think that maybe I was a bit infatuated, and now, I'm probably going to end up hurting his feelings.  Thursday night, we drove around Corbin, it's all we typically do, because he's broke (possibly red flag number 1?). We hung out in his car and he ended up kissing me.  It was sweet, lol the theme with Andy.  I fell asleep because I'd been up late talking to him the night before.  He let me sleep for 2 hours!  Also quite sweet.  But after I woke up, fairly annoyed that it's now midnight and I've been sleeping since 10, I left and drove home half asleep (which was obviously not safe).  After that, on my way home, while texting and driving (yeah I know.. also not safe).  I found out that he lives with his uncle, thus why we cannot hang out at his house (red flag number 2?).  So yeah.. here I am.. back on the fence with the possibility of hurting this guy's feelings. Yuck!

A Wednesday!

Hello People!

I'm fresh up from a nap (yeah.. bad idea) and now all hyped up and thought I'd write about my day.  It was a good day overall, I was shocked about how well my kiddos behaved after a 5 day break!  Maybe it was my attitude about being glad to be there that helped.  In fun news, I set up my new computer at school today!! It's so pretty!  And, unlike the old one, it's not going to fall off the desk and hurt someone (the old one had one of those old huge monitors, and if a kiddo bumped the desk it would try to fall off pretty often)!  The  new computer is quite snazzy... Window's 7 and everything! lol that was my big accomplishment of the day, setting up the new computer during naptime.  Now only if I had email at work and internet on the new PC, it would be fantastic!  Hopefully Bell Co. Schools will get it together soon and make it happen for me! :)

So.. hot topic.. Andy... It appears I'm going to be seeing him tomorrow night! :O He's going to come to Pineville and hang out with me for a while! I'm pretty excited.  He makes me feel really giddy and like a 15 year old whose crush likes her back... it's so unlike me lately. Anyway... love ya'll!

Oh Andy....

So... apparently there are more than one of you who wants to know a little more about this Andy fellow, so here goes nothing.  What I am about to tell you, are the main reasons why I'm not already professing love to this man.  He's older than me... went on his first date before I was even born... older than me.  He's 34 (12 years older).  Not only is he older than me, he's been married and divorced.  He also is the  proud father of a 12 year old daughter.  She was the reason why he had to leave, and the date had to be over yesterday (that sounded a little mad... just want to say I'm not at all). :-)   So... now you know the reasons why I'm reserved about letting myself fall for Andy.  Please discuss! :D

First Post!

Hey everyone!

So... this blog is starting as a way for my friends to keep up with the crazy shenanigans that happen in my life... So I'm going to just jump in and tell you all about today.  If you have any questions about the main players lol like where they came from etc... let me know and I'll answer  questions! :D (also... "*"s will be explained at the end.)

Today, I am on Fall Break! As planned, I had a date today with Andy.  Andy and I spent all day, driving around in his Explorer, talking and holding  hands.  That's right ladies (and possibly gents)... he FINALLY held my hand! :O (for those of you who don't know... this is date 2.5*).  He's possible the sweetest guy I've ever met, and not in a obvious kind of way.  In a it's obviously time for me to get out of his Explorer and I keep saying things like, "Well, I guess I should go." and after a pause he says, "I just can't bring myself to agree with you."  When I finally decreed (an hour and a half later) that I was getting out of the car, he hugged me goodbye and placed a sweet little kiss on my cheek.  Anyway... that's how that went!

So.. I would normally update you on my day at school, but today was the last day of my Fall Break, and I didn't have to go to school! YAY!  Anywho, I'll update ya'll again tomorrow.. hope you liked it! :D

*2.5- We went on a date a couple of weekends ago, and then we saw each other for about 30 min on Friday, so it wasn't really a date, but I'd hate to not count it! ;)

(...just want ya'll other preschool teachers out there to know that I'm going to refer to all students as Jack or Jill depending on their gender lol, and I'm only going to tell the stories essential to my life...lol like why my leg hurts or something.)
